What is the DSL QuikBill™ Service?
|

The DSL QuikBill™ Service is an easy and convienant way to pay
your bill online. This could be for PC Repair, Web Hosting, Designing,
or any other service(s) that we send and invoice. This invoice could have
been sent by postal mail or by e-mail. Either way your Invoice ID (or
Invoice Number, it's the same thing) will be the same and valid to pay
online using our new service. You can pay with 4 major credit cards
(Such as Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express) or pay with
your PayPal account. Simply enter your Customer ID, which can be located
on any of your bills, invoices, your setup e-mail, or by calling our
office. Enter in your Invoice ID (explanation below) and then filling
out the short form for your credit card or by logging in and paying
instantly with your PayPal account.

Locating Your Customer ID & Invoice ID
|
|
|
|
|
|
To locate your Customer ID on an invoice by postal mail, look for your
NAME, ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, & ZIP CODE. It should be located with this
information. This information is located BELOW the DIMINAR LOGO and to
the LEFT of the SHIPPING information. We send out "setup e-mails" Which
include your Customer ID. Your Customer ID is Six Digits Long.
You use this number to login to your Web Hosting Control Panel as well.
To locate your Invoice ID on your Invoice that you have gotten in postal
mail, then you can locate the Invoice ID by looking at the TOP RIGHT HAND SIDE
of the invoice. If you recieved an invoice by e-mail, it should be located in the
SUBJECT LINE of your e-mail. This number is Seven Digits Long. If
you are unsure about your invoice, please call our office and we will
help you. Invoices sent through Postal Mail and E-Mail look exactly the same.
